Breaking Ground 9-18-04 Today was a great start for me. I accomplished building the rudder ribs which looks like a simple task but takes some time and effort to make. Jerry was a day ahead of me and finished skinning his rudder. I must say this kit is tremendous. All the documents are easy to follow and well laid out. You talk about a sturdy well designed airplane; man this is it. The 701 and 601 both have a similar tails but are very different building. It was great to break the ice. It is always slow for me starting but I feel a learning curve was made today with Jerry's help. Keep checking on us I am updating as we go.
